Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days, subject to product availability. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship via major carriers including UPS and FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. For large or heavy equipment, freight shipping may be required and will be quoted separately.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. EChem Supplies LLC is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Terms

All orders ship FOB from our designated shipping location. This means that once the carrier picks up your order, the shipment is in the carrier’s care and the risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer. We strongly recommend selecting shipping insurance or signature confirmation at checkout for high-value orders.

Partial Shipments

If some items in your order are available sooner than others, we may offer to ship your order in multiple installments with your approval. Each shipment will be invoiced separately, and shipping charges will be based on the actual freight for each installment unless we agree to absorb the additional cost.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please report the damage to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) immediately. Retain all packaging materials and take photos of the damage. This documentation is important for filing a carrier claim. Please also notify us so we can assist you with the process.

International Orders

For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). EChem Supplies LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
