LiDFP (Lithium Difluorophosphate, LiPO2F2), is one of the most effective and widely studied additives used in high-performance lithium-ion batteries (LIBs), especially those using high-voltage or high-nickel cathode materials. LiDFP is primarily used to enhance the stability of the interfaces between the electrolyte and both the anode and cathode, significantly improving the battery's lifespan and safety.
