Producing a solvent-free, dry composite cathode sheet containing high-nickel NCM811 and Li6PS5Cl (LPSC) solid electrolyte relies on mechanical shear-induced PTFE fibrillation rather than liquid solvent casting. This method eliminates residual polar/non-polar solvent trapping, preserves sulfide electrolyte integrity, and enables thick, high-loading electrodes suitable for All-Solid-State Lithium Batteries (ASSLBs).

To ensure optimal structural integrity, mechanical flexibility, and continuous ionic/electronic pathways without liquid binders: (1) Active Cathode Material (NCM811): 88.0 wt% (Single-crystal or micro-sized secondary particles, surface-passivated). (2) Solid Electrolyte (Li6PS5Cl): 8.5 wt% (Micronized D_50 < 1 um to maximize solid-solid interfacial contact). (3) Conductive Carbon Additive (VGCF / Super P blend): 2.0 wt % (Maintains continuous electronic networks under volume changes). (4) Fibrillating PTFE Binder: 1.5 wt% (High-molecular-weight dry powder engineered for rapid shear fibrillation).
