A 3D vibratory sieving machine (also known as a circular vibratory sifter or tumbler screen) is a high-precision separation tool used to classify, scalp, or de-dust powders and slurries. Unlike standard linear vibratory screens, a 3D sifter utilizes a unique three-dimensional motion—horizontal, vertical, and inclined—to move material across the mesh surface.
The 3D vibratory dry sieving machine is powered by a specialized vertical vibration motor with eccentric weights at both the top and bottom of the shaft. (1) Top Weight: Creates a horizontal circular motion, spreading the material from the center to the periphery of the screen. (2) Bottom Weight: Creates a vertical and inclined motion, causing the material to "jump" and tumble, which prevents the particles from blinding (clogging) the mesh holes. (3) Lead Angle: By adjusting the phase angle of the weights, you can control the spiral path of the material. A wider lead angle keeps the material on the screen longer for more precise grading.
