For lab-scale roll-to-roll (R2R) electrode fabrication, the process is typically divided into three primary stages: precision coating, densification (calendering), and final shaping (slitting/cutting). Transitioning to R2R allows you to simulate industrial production while maintaining the flexibility of a research environment.

The lab-scale roll-to-roll electrode fabrication unit integrated the coating, rolling press, and die cutting to continuously obtain round electrode disk and electrode sheet for coin cell and pouch cell, respectively.

Coating Unit
