LMFP is a next-generation "upgraded" version of the LFP cathode, which will solve LFP's major weakness of low energy density. LMFP is able to deliver a very high voltage (~4.1V) and provide 15-20% boost in energy density.
The LMFP powders are surface coated with carbon (1.87 wt%) for improving stability and conductivity.
