Li7P3S11 is a key material in the family of sulfide-based solid-state electrolytes (SSEs), which are highly promising for next-generation all-solid-state lithium-ion batteries (ASS-LIBs). It is part of the Thio-LISICON (Lithium Super Ionic Conductor) system and is widely studied due to its high ionic conductivity, which is comparable to that of liquid organic electrolytes. It has main features of (1) High Ionic Conductivity up to 10-4 S/cm; (2) Wide electrochemical window and low temperature processability.
