LPSI (Li6PS5I) is a highly promising sulfide-based solid-state electrolyte (SSE) belonging to the argyrodite family. Li6PS5I is classified as a superionic conductor with a typical ionic conductivity of 0.1-2 mS/cm. Its main appeal is its ability to transport lithium ions Li+ very efficiently at room temperature, which is essential for high-power battery applications.
