KFSI (Sodium Bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide, 99.9%) is one of the most widely used electrolyte salt in potassium-ion batteries (PIBs). The primary function of KFSI is to serve as a conductive medium that allows the reversible transport of K+ ions between the anode and the cathode during charging and discharging, as well as its features of high ionic conductivity, wide electrochemical window, and high quality of SEI Formation.
