A Benchtop Single-Channel Mass Flow Controller with Touch Screen is a standalone, plug-and-play gas delivery instrument designed for laboratory and pilot-scale environments. Unlike standard bare OEM mass flow controllers (MFCs) that require external DC power supplies, separate breakout boxes, or PC software control, these integrated units combine the gas flow measurement sensor, PID proportional valve, internal power supply, and a color touchscreen HMI (Human-Machine Interface) into a compact desktop enclosure.

The key Advantages of Touch Screen Benchtop Units are: (1) Stand-Alone Operation: Set flow rates directly on the display without needing an external computer, PLC, or analog signal generator. (2) Real-Time Visualization & Totalization: The graphical display monitors instantaneous mass flow, total accumulated gas volume (totalizer), system pressure, and alarms in real time. (3) Multi-Gas Selection: Units often feature built-in conversion factors or multi-gas libraries (e.g., N2, Ar, He, H2, CO2, O2), allowing users to switch gas types directly via touch menus. (4) Programmable Flow Profiles: Many models support multi-step gas dosing recipes, ramping rates, and timed purge cycles directly from the on-screen menu.

Part Number
  • ENBSCMFCTC (EN-BSCMFCTC)
Power
  • AC220V±10%, single phase, 50/60 Hz, 50 W
Workflow
  • Before connecting the gas cylinder, close all valve and plug the power and turn it on
  • Connect the MFC with gas cylinder and open the valve of gas pressure regulator. Check if any leaking happens.
  • Open the gas inlet valve and slowly rotate it until target pressure value reached (Pmax <0.05 MPa).
  • Adjust the output gas flow to target value
  • When the experiment finished, release the pressure in cabinet and close all valves.
  • Turn off and shut down the power.
