Intelligent muffle furnaces with touch-screen controls replace complex button-based PID controllers with color touch-screen HMI (Human-Machine Interface) panels. These interfaces display real-time heating curves, store multi-segment thermal profiles, and allow in-program adjustments like skipping segments or extending hold times.

The Core Advantages of Touch-Screen Controlled Furnaces: (1) Visual Heating Curve Display: Shows setpoint vs. actual temperature graphs in real time, making it easy to monitor thermal ramps and holds. (2) Multi-Segment Program Storage: Allows users to save up to 30–64 custom ramp-and-dwell profiles (e.g., multi-stage binder burn-out followed by high-temperature sintering). (3) Data Logging & Connectivity: Often includes USB ports, SD card slots, or Ethernet/RS485 ports for exporting process run logs for compliance and reporting. (4) Smart Safety Features: Integrated over-temperature alarms, thermocouple failure detection, and automatic door-open heating element cut-offs.

Notes
  • The door is not allowed to be opened when the furnace temperature higher than 300 ℃
  • The minor cracks on the furnace hearth insulation layer are normal and won't affect its operation.
