A Planetary Vacuum Centrifugal Mixer (often called a dual-asymmetric centrifugal mixer or a bladeless mixer) represents the pinnacle of premium mixing technology for highly viscous, sensitive, or hard-to-disperse materials. Unlike traditional mixers that use a spinning blade to shear material, a planetary centrifugal mixer uses no blades. Instead, it relies on the physics of dual-axis rotation combined with a deep vacuum to simultaneously mix, de-agglomerate, and completely de-aerate materials within minutes.
The planetary vacuum machine operates on a dual-rotation mechanism mimicking planetary motion: (1) Revolution (The "Orbit"): The container holder revolves around a central axis at high speed, generating massive centrifugal force (often exceeding 400 times g). This forces the material outward and downward against the walls of the mixing cup. (2) Rotation (The "Spin"): Simultaneously, the container spins on its own axis at a specific ratio (typically around 1:1 or 2:3 relative to the revolution speed).
