An Electric Electrode Strip Slitter for cylindrical cells precisely cuts wide, calendered cathode and anode mother rolls into narrow continuous strips matching specific form-factor heights (e.g., 18650, 21700, 4680).

The key features of the electric electrode strip slitter are: (1) Slitting Mechanism: Rotary shear slitting using matched pairs of male/female circular blades (upper and lower dynamic rotary knives). (2) Blade Material: Tungsten Carbide (WC) or high-speed tool steel (SKD11 / Cr12MoV) with mirror-polished cutting edges (Ra< 0.2 um) to minimize edge burrs. (3) Burr Height Limit: Maintained below 7-12 um (vertical) and 10 um (horizontal) to avoid separator piercing during high-speed jelly-roll winding. (4) Width Accuracy: 0.05 mm to ~0.1 mm with precision spacer rings.
