A lab-scale dryroom (or "micro-dryroom") is a modular, high-performance environment designed to bridge the gap between a glovebox and a full-scale industrial facility.

A lab-scale dryroom must achieve "Battery-Grade" dry air while being compact enough to fit into an existing research facility. (1) Dew Point (Td): The target is typically -40 to -55°C (<1% RH}). (2) Air Changes per Hour (ACH): Unlike a standard lab (6–10 ACH), a battery dryroom often requires 50+ ACH to maintain pressure and scrub moisture introduced by personnel or equipment.Filtration: Integrated HEPA filtration ensures ISO Class 6 or 7 cleanliness, preventing dust from causing micro-shorts in your pouch cells.

Part Number
  • ESELSD (ES-ELSD)
Critical Targets
  • Dryroom Space: L3-6m*W3m*H2.2m (larger or smaller space can be customized according to equipment occupancy)
