An industrial-grade mini-dryroom is defined by its ability to maintain "Desert-Dry" conditions under load. (1) Dew Point Control: Typically maintains -40°C to -60°C (less than 1% RH). For moisture-sensitive Sodium-Ion materials (like Prussian Blue), a stable -50°C dew point is the industry benchmark. (2) Cleanliness: Usually rated at ISO Class 6 or 7 (Class 1,000 to 10,000) to prevent metallic particle contamination during cell assembly. (3) Temperature Stability: Precision control at 21°C ± 1°C. This is vital for maintaining the viscosity and dosing accuracy of electrolytes during vacuum filling. (4) Pressure Management: Maintains a positive pressure (approx. 20–30 Pa) relative to the lab to prevent humid ambient air from leaking in through gaskets or door seals.
