An ultra-quiet oi-free gas compressor can power the pneumatic actuators on vacuum sealer or stacker, which provides clean, dry gas without the risk of oil aerosols contaminating electrolyte or electrodes.
The oil-free feature provides advantages: (1) Chemical Purity: Pneumatic sealers often "exhaust" a small amount of air near the machine. If that air contains oil mist, it can settle on your aluminum laminate film, preventing a proper heat seal or contaminating the electrolyte. (2) Maintenance: Oil-lubricated compressors require oil changes and mist separators. Oil-free units use permanent self-lubricating seals (usually PTFE/Teflon), which significantly reduces the maintenance burden in a clean-room environment.
