An Integrated Electric Cold Isostatic Press (Integrated Electric CIP) is a highly optimized, single-chassis system designed to house the electric motor, high-pressure hydraulic pump, vessel, and digital controller within one cohesive, streamlined machine. Unlike split systems—where fluid hoses and wires snake across your workspace—an integrated electric CIP is designed to be a drop-in plug-and-play solution.
In an integrated unit, the entire hydraulic loop is self-contained. High-end laboratory models use a monoblock structure, which merges the oil pool, mainboard, and pressure cylinder into a single metal casting. The advantages of the integrated version are: (1) Minimized Leak Paths: Eliminating external high-pressure hoses and adapters drastically reduces potential hydraulic leak points inside your glovebox. (2) Space Efficiency: The layout is engineered vertically rather than horizontally, giving it an exceptionally small countertop footprint.
Operation Procedures
(1) Load the powder into the rubber module and sell it well.
(2) Put the rubber module into the CIP die.
(3) Seal the CIP die and tighten the gas release valve.
(4) Rotate the pressing rod down and touch the CIP die surface. Close the safety door and tighten the hydraulic oil valve.
(5) Set the pressure on touch screen and start the pressurization to the target value.
(6) After pressure retention for certain time, rotate the oil valve to release the pressure.
(7) Open the safety door and loose the pressure screw on the CIP die.
(8) Screw the top pressing die and take it out from the CIP.
(9) Take the rubber module out from the CIP die.
(10) Take the processing sample out from the rubber module.
