The 1200℃ Mini Horizontal Tube Furnace (1-2") with Touch Screen Control is designed for solid-state processing of materials in controlled-atmosphere.

The main features of the tube furnace are: (1) Temperature Range: Maximum operational limit of 1200°C (short-term) with a stable, continuous working threshold of 1100°C for long heating element life. (2) Chamber & Insulation: Built with high-purity polycrystalline alumina fiber for rapid thermal response, minimal heat loss, and high energy efficiency. (3) Intelligent Touch Screen Control: Integrates an intuitive touch panel HMI supporting up to 30 programmable heating and cooling segments for automated ramp/dwell profiling with a control precision of ~ 1°C. (4) Safety Architecture: Dual-layer housing paired with an integrated active air-cooling system maintains the external casing temperature below 60°C, alongside built-in over-temperature and sensor-break protection.

Notes	The door is not allowed to be opened when the furnace temperature higher than 300 ℃ The inner pressure inside the quartz tube should be less than 0.125 MPa (absolute value) to avoid damage by overpressure Under vacuum condition, the heating temperature should be less than 800 ℃ The gas pressure regulator (0.01-0.15 MPa) should be installed if the high pressure gas tank is used  Please watch out the gas pressure in quartz tube when the inlet and outlet gas valves are closed during heating condition.  The minor cracks on the furnace hearth insulation layer are normal and won't affect its operation.
