Pairing the P2-type Na2/3Ni1/3Mn2/3O2 (NNMO) layered transition-metal oxide cathode with Kuraray Hard Carbon in a dry pouch cell architecture represents a high-capacity, high-energy-density configuration for sodium-ion batteries (SIBs). P2-type NNMO offers exceptional theoretical capacity and fast two-dimensional sodium-ion diffusion channels, while Kuraray Hard Carbon provides a reliable low-potential negative electrode.
