An automatic spin coater with five solution channels is an advanced film-deposition workstation designed for automated, multi-layer coating and sequential liquid dispensing. By integrating a programmable multi-channel dispensing head directly into the spin coater's motion controller, the system automates multi-step processes—such as depositing functional layers, anti-solvent quenching, and inter-layer washing—without requiring manual intervention between steps.

The main applications are: (1) Perovskite Solar Cell Fabrication: Executes complex, highly time-sensitive deposition profiles in a single run (e.g., Hole Transport Layer → Perovskite precursor → Anti-solvent drip → Passivation layer → Top coat). (2) Layer-by-Layer (LbL) & Multi-Layer Coatings: Automates alternating polycation and polyanion layers with intermediate solvent wash cycles.
