Add-Ons
HAMA-PBA (Phenylboronic Acid-Modified Methacrylated Hyaluronic Acid) is an advanced, dual-crosslinkable biopolymer designed for sophisticated tissue engineering, 3D bioprinting, and responsive drug delivery systems. By combining both methacrylate groups (for rapid, permanent photo-crosslinking) and phenylboronic acid groups (for dynamic, stimuli-responsive, and self-healing covalent interactions), HAMA-PBA allows you to create hydrogels with tunable mechanical stiffness, shear-thinning injectability, and environmental responsiveness (to glucose, pH, or reactive oxygen species).

| Hydrogel Preparation Steps |
(1). 0.25% (2.5 mg/mL) photoinitiator solution preparation: Add 20 mL PBS into the 0.05 g LAP brown bottle and heat it for 15 min at 40-50°C for complete dissolution. (2) 4% HAMA-PBA solution preparation: Weigh 0.4g HAMA-PBA powder and dissolve it in 1 mL PBS+LAP solution . Heat it up to 50°C until the mixture becomes clear (1- 4 h). (3) 3% PVA solution preparation: Weigh 0.03 g PVA powder and dissolve it in 1 mL PBS+LAP solution, and heat it at 50°C for 1-4 h until it becomes clear. (4) Hydrogel Formation: Take 200 uL 4% HAMA-PBA solution and mix with 100 uL 3% PVA solution and then add 5 uL 1 M NaOH to form gel. |
| Storage Conditions |
Store it at 2-8 °C (avoid light) for upto 7 days. |
| Package Size | 0.5 g/bottle |
Notes: Please try to store the HAMA-PBA powder in a dry & cold place.
