For pouch cell research, an automatic stacking machine is the most critical tool for transitioning from single-layer prototypes to multi-layer high-energy cells. These machines automate the precise "Z-fold" layering of cathodes, anodes, and separators, ensuring the alignment and tension required for high-performance electrochemical testing. The separator is supplied as a continuous web from a tension-controlled roll, while pre-cut anode and cathode sheets are inserted into the folds from opposite sides. This creates a compact, interconnected stack that is superior to simple manual layering.
| Part Number |

- Max. stacking layers: 500 (adjustable)
- Max. stacking cell thickness: 30 mm
- Separator Alignment Accuracy: ±0.3 mm
- Stacking cell alignment accuracy: ±0.5 mm
- Stacking Speed: 4-6 s/layer for regular electrode (6-8s/layer for lithium metal)

- An acrylic frame cover & door can be customized to improve operation safety.
|
| Gas Pressure Source (Optional) |
- When the stacker is placed inside a dryroom or regular room, a gas compressor (EUQOFGC) is required to supply a 60-80 psi for pneumatic operation

- The KF40 feedthrough was included for glovebox operation (sensitive electrodes or solid-state electrolyte). In this case, an Ar gas tank with second-stage regulator is supposed to be placed outside through the feedthrough for provide pneumatic gas pressure.
